Gog/Magog Revisited: 2010 Fulfillment?

The current dynamics now present in the middle east concerning Israel and their many enemies, leaves little doubt that the drums of war are beating louder in tune with a significant prophetic event to unfold before our eyes. Iran, Syria, Russia, and Turkey are rapidly providing arms to all the Islamic enemies of Israel, solidifying their strategic agreements and ensuring that their proxy militias such as Hamas and Hezbollah are prepared. Recent intelligence suggests that Hezbollah now has 80,000 rockets in their arsenal, not including long range Scud missiles that put all of Israel in range with the capability of carrying a chemical/biological warhead.

The political spectrum remains the same, the status quo continues with Israel being pressured to relinquish territory to their enemies in exchange for a false peace. The current relationship between the United States and the Jewish State of Israel are in serious decline with President Obama embarassing PM Benjamin Netanyahu along with applying international pressure to call for an immediate disarming of Israels' nuclear deterrent. Our President appears to be in bed with the enemies of Israel and working side by side with them, to seek the destruction of the Jewish State using either a diplomatic approach or aiding in the equipping of their enemies.

Global antisemitism has risen on a scale comparable to that experienced in the days leading up to World War II and the genocidal campaign of the Holocaust. Europe appears to be the center of this increased level of antisemitism, a symptom of not only a dead Church but an additional increase in population of muslims who bear militant Islamic theology. The many dangers that exist for Israel today, grow in intensity as each day passes suggesting that a momentous event awaits, that will alter the current balance of power in the globe, politically, economically, and in addition change the current belief systems of many.

Israel is now front and center in the concerns of many nations across the broad spectrum, for these nations, Israel exists as a pariah state, threatening the security of the globe. The many Hebrew Prophets of the Bible including Joel, Zechariah, Isaiah, Jeremiah, and Ezekiel identify clearly this hour we now find ourselves in. The current conditions now facing Israel would cause many to question the survival of the Jewish State, yet the Lord God has provided us an answer for the present boiling pot, or region of the middle east. While all nations have positioned themselves against Israel, they will soon regret their decision, the consequences will be staggering.

The Prophet Ezekiel warned long ago of this "Last Days" battle to take place found within the text of chapters 38-39 of the book of the Bible named after this Prophet of Israel. The Prophet warns of a time when Israel would be at rest or slumbering and dwelling carelessly while their enemies continue to prepare for war and are confederate together. While some scholars identify Ezekiel 38:11 as Israel being at peace and dwelling safely or confidently, this is an error, based upon the interpretation of the hebrew word "betach" which has a dual meaning, denoting confidence or carelessness, depending on the context of the passage of scripture.

The context and message of the Prophet identify that Israel is viewed as easy prey by the Gog/Magog coalition and as wolves, they have clearly identified a vulneralbe target of their aggression. The Prophet Ezekiel also addresses the targets of this coalition being the "unwalled villages", or settlements, dotting the landscape of Israels' northern territory, in addition based on Ezekiel 38:12, the targeting of central Israel, or the people that dwell in the midst of the land, identified clearly with Jerusalem. The Prophet ommits mentioning cities, yet later in this prophecy cities are identified, as found in Ezekiel 39:9.

While some scholars today identify themselves with a supposed modern Psalm 83 application as proposed by author Bill Salus in his book entitled Isralestine, this is a grave error. The belief supported by this author and many scholars is that the Prophet Ezekiel does not identify the current enemies in close proximity or surrounding Israel, yet this also is a misinterpretation of the message of Ezekiel. The Prophet clearly identifies Iran, Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt, Hamas, Hezbollah, and a host of many others. This error can be cleared up efficiently within the context of the passages found within this prophecy.

Syria though ommited by name will be the host nation of the gathering confederation from the north involved in this battle, the place of their gathering is identified as the Plain of Bashan, which is presently in southern Syria opposite the Golan Heights. Syria will also be ground zero for the initial judgement upon this confederation consisting of a great earthquake in fulfillment of Isaiah 17. Egypt though not named will also be a participant with the confederation of African States such as Libya, Sudan, Somalia, Nigeria, and many others that will cross thru Egyptian territory to the borders of Israel.

Jordan or the Hashemite Kingdom is also not identified by their ancient name, yet with their present heavy Palestinian population, they will be pressured to join, or see the end of the Hashemite dynasty in a wave of terror. Lebanon is the host nation of Hezbollah and has made clear that their relationship and strategic goals are the same, that being the destruction of Israel. Hamas, located within the Palestinian territories will also be a partipant identified as "bands" within the context of Ezekiel, this denotes a comadre or armed militia. Syria and Iran are both the chief suppliers to Hezbollah as well as Hamas, providing training as well as weapons.

Syria is at this moment the main terrorist hub of the region, as well as the main transshipment point of weapons to Hezbollah in Lebanon as well as Hamas in the Gaza Strip. We can see clearly from the context of Ezekiel that all enemies are included, though not named outright, common sense must also be applied to understand this. The current dynamics indicate that Hamas and Hezbollah do not act independently, yet exist as proxy militias of Iran and Syria. The security barrier presently in Israel does not deter from this prophecy being fulfilled as the initial target of the aggressors is the settlements of northern Israel listed as the "unwalled villages".

The days draw closer to the fulfillment of this prophecy provided to us by the Prophet Ezekiel by way of the Holy Spirit, to both warn and prepare the nations to meet their God. This battle will not only eliminate the political enemies of Israel which includes the United States, a recipient of fire from heaven, listed in Ezekiel 39:6 as dwelling careless, again "betach" is used, it will also serve to eliminate the current military enemy alliance arrayed against Israel. I believe we will soon see the fulfillment of this prophecy, and in the aftermath the Third Temple will be built, and the AntiChrist will rise to power. The Church age will soon come to an end, as the Lord God again directs his attention to his people Israel.

Fables Circulated Among Self-Declared Prophecy Scholars

The time has come that deception has entered even among modern prophecy scholars reported to be well versed students of Bible Prophecy. The books authored by these individuals once caused controversy among students of biblical understanding, now are being hailed as great discoveries in prophetic circles concerning the events of the Last Days. While we have witnessed this same movement among the Churches of the spiritually dead and scripturally ignorant, it was rather unexpected to observe this among those recognized as scholars. It calls one to task when discecting what led to this event yet we must first examine the foundation of these fables. The books now being ciculated are Isralestine by Bill Salus as well as The Islamic Antichrist by Joel Richardson.

The book Isralestine makes reference to Psalm 83 being a modern battle taking place against Israel also called the inner ring of Arab/Islamic enemies against Israel by this author. Bill Salus also makes reference to Ezekiel 37:10 in claiming that this prophecy indicated that Israel will prevail against their enemies in close proximity and expand their borders as an exceeding great army. The Bible clearly identifies Psalm 83 as a prayer for divine deliverance against the many enemies of Israel. The Prophet Ezekiel in chapter 37 clearly identifies Israel as once being scattered among the nations depicted as their graves, to again be placed in the Land of the Living and to be multiplied and increased in the Land of their Fathers. The interpretation being circulated by Bill Salus goes against the context of scripture and the events concerning the Last Days.

Joel Richardson allied with Walid Shoebat a reported former Palestinian terrorist drummed up a fantastic fable titled the Rise of the Islamic Antichrist. Within the pages of this book is the belief that the Antichrist will be of Islamic origin and will form an global Islamic Caliphate or world order. Included in my personal discussion with this author is the belief that Israel will be conquered by Islam. Serious students of the Bible know full well that the Battle of Gog/Magog of Ezekiel 38-39 led by Russia accompanied with an Islamic confederation consisting of Iran, Libya, Sudan and many others have a date with destiny on the mountains of Israel. Islam will no longer be relevant as their armies are buried by Israel for 7 months. The Bible also clearly disputes this author's claim identifying it clearly as another poorly constructed fable.

While I am aware that scripture at times can be misinterpreted without careful study, this however is a case of clear deception with cunning and wise fables our Lord did warn us about even to the point of deceiving the very elect. Bill Salus refuses to acknowledge that Joel 3:2 clearly identifies that the Land of Israel will be up for international auction up until the time of the Battle of Armegeddon. Their will be no permanent expansion until the time Yeshua sits upon the royal throne of David in Jerusalem. While Joel Richardson expands on the idea of an Islamic Antichrist also known as the Mahdi which is to appear out of an abandoned well, he seeks to give Islam equal status with Bible Prophecy. The belief in the Mahdi or Islamic messianic figure is a modern Islamic fable not found within the Quran or widely accepted by the followers of Islam.

The many authors of fables that permeate Christendom today have found a new audience among so called prophecy scholars, the motivation for turning away from the truth is remains to be the love of money. The problem that also exists is that these fables are not taken to task, they are not debated within bible prophecy circles publicly. Most of these self-titled prophecy scholars such as Hal Lindsey, Jack Van Impe, Dr. David Reagan, J.R. Church, and many others are unapproachable, they flee from controversy when it comes to Biblical truth, yet they will stand boldly against social issues of the day. The Church has become apostate because of the failure to rebuke and correct those in error and hold preachers of men who embrace fables accountable. Many supposed leaders of the Church and prophetic understanding have led the wolves into the pastures to devour the sheep, simply refusing to acknowledge the danger in the acceptance of fables and the perversion of doctrine, everyone having a new revelation.

MENE, MENE, TEKEL: Message To America

America, a nation that has chosen the road to destruction as so many before her time, once an exalted and favored nation now has become a haven of corruption. The Church in America has become as Laodicea, lukewarm and nauseating, lovers of materialism and full of serpents, trusting in the foolishness of man while their once bright light continues to diminish. I have also trusted in these things and have my own failures yet I now know the great harm it can cause individually and collectively. The nation as a whole has lost its' soul and is decaying without and within, the stench is becoming stronger by the day.

While we appear to be dragged kicking an screaming into the pit where the nations and kingdoms of the past exist, what could have brought us to this moment in time? The condition of the Church is obvious today, yet what of the political, economic, and social environment, can you also see the rampant corruption and abandonment of principals we once held as being accountable unto God? A nation once the envy of the World, has now become as leprosy to several nations who are presently seeking to sever economic ties, dumping U.S. treasuries like stolen merchandise. I believe it is more than a mere diversification effort or protectionist approach.

The nations that once prospered under the wings of this Eagle known as the United States, now appear to realize her exalted position is about to be thrown down to the ground. This should bring alarm to the remnant of believers that remain in this country that without true repentance and acknowledgement of God our days are being numbered. The Lord God is giving us warning, he is preparing the nations to continue without America. Political, social, and economic blocks are being formed, military alliances forged as if the U.S. is already dead and in the grave. We only need to examine the recent B.R.I.C. (Brazil, Russia, India, and China) and S.C.O. (China, Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, and Kyrgyzstan) also known as the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, these exist to counter U.S. involvement in World affairs.

The voice of many nations today are echoing, looking for a new world order without America, while they respect our military power, they know at the same time with our skyrocketing debt this too will collapse. Failure to broker a peace agreement between Israel and the Palestinians only adds to the loss of international recognition as a Super Power. Our position of hierarchy in the assembly of nations by the Hand of God was only due to two factors, which have today been abandoned, the spread of the Gospel of Yeshua and our alliance with Israel. We are now a nation about to experience freefall as we find our place among the beasts of the field as King Nebuchadnezzar did experience because of his pride and foolishness (Daniel 4:1-33).

The Prophet Daniel records this instance and indicates that King Nebuchadnezzar repented from his fallen position and was restored at the acknowledgement that God rules in the kingdom of men and exalts and debases whom he will. Belshazzar, son of Nebuchadnezzar, later became King of Babylon and defiled the vessels of the Temple of God during a pagan feast and was warned of God that the Kingdom of Babylon was to be no more, and he was later slain. Then was the Kingdom of the Medes and Persians established. The pride of America has allowed it to offer Israel up for international auction and for this, our days our numbered and we have been weighed in the balances, soon, we will be removed from the table of nations.

Department of Homeland Security: Christians Labeled Right-Wing Extremists

It should be apparent today that we are witnessing the beginning of a planned agenda to attack Christianity at it's core. The belief in End-Time Prophecy or a bold stand against abortion is just a portion of the criteria labeling us as extremists according to the recently released Homeland Security Report. The principals of Christianity are being attacked today on every front, apostate preachers and churches have joined with the media in projecting us as a danger to their humanistic utopia. Those which embrace infanticide or abortion also attack the historical accuracy of the Bible and the moral principals contained within it's pages. The preparation of this siege against the Lord Yeshua and his sheep can be seen increasing in intensity.

The belief in End-Time Prophecy identifies those which are believers from those who are but christians by name only, for it was commanded by the Lord for the faithful servant to watch and to be aware of the signs of his soon approaching that we be not deceived. For to those that join themselves mocking the Second Coming and the events heralding his glorious return are labeled correctly as unbelievers. The entire Bible reveals the purpose and plan of God for his people and is the testimony of his great love by the sacrifice of his son Yeshua, the Word of God made flesh.
The testimony and faith of those who went before us is also contained within these scriptures, their trials, persecution, torture, and even their deaths.

The Satatic plan to slaughter the child yet in the womb of their mother's is an attempt to cast off the gifts of God which is the fruit of the womb. For as scripture clearly indicates, all children are a gift from God, fearfully and wonderfully made, as a child is made in our image so to are we made in the image of God to bring glory and honor to his name. Children are an inheritance from the Lord, if trained according to the will and purpose of God they will bring honor to their parents and joy within their hearts. It is a shame that so many are willing to murder their children in the pursuit of their fleshly lusts, having spit upon the great Love of God. As in the days of old they have sacrificed their children to Molech.

While we may be labeled Right-Wing Extremists, we whom yet remain in the faith will not betray our Lord nor the inherent truth of his Word that lives within us. We faithful who die daily in the flesh yet live by the Spirit and in truth will continue to warn an unrepentant world filled with sin and depravity to depart from darkness into the light. Though many willingly chose the darkness today there are yet remaining those that do so out of ignorance not having heard the glorious plan of salvation and the promise of eternal life. For these we diligently search for willing to give our lives if only one should be saved from eternal damnation or seperation from God, even at this one, will the Heavens rejoice and the voice of gladness be heard.

Persecution is coming, will we abandon the faith because we are considered enemies of the state, or will we chose to stand and fight with the Sword of the Spirit and Truth. Though we may be imprisoned, beaten, tortured, betrayed, and slaughtered as sheep we must never forget, the servant is not greater than his Lord. Our Lord and Redeemer suffered at the hands of his natural enemy yet willingly gave his life to save even theirs. This world we now live in is threatened by the truth for it reveals the darkness and evil within the hearts of natural man, we who are born of the Spirit exist as enemies and therefore must be eliminated. And so it begins.

Two Witnesses Being Prepared

The time we now find ourselves in is reminiscent of the days prior to the first advent of our Moshiach Yeshua, Lion of the Tribe of Judah. The gentile powers now present on this earth have brought great pressure upon the House of Israel, though they do not physically occupy the land they use diplomacy to place chains of bondage upon the people and their leadership. The leadership of Israel is divided as is the land, the people are bargaining chips for international agreements used to appease her Arab/Islamic enemies. Israel has become a haven for injustice, children yet in the womb are slaughtered, settlers doing what is right in the eyes of the Lord God are forcibly removed from their ancestral homes. The iron grip or Rome can still be felt in the land of Judea and Samaria, many leaders of the people embrace the destructive policies of European and U.S. interests even to the point of dividing Jerusalem.

The enemies of Israel grow in numbers and influence, even aided by Western powers, who provide financial aid and military hardware, openly they challenge the sovereign authority of the Lord God and the covenant promises. These nations ignore the declared warnings of judgement for dividing the Land of Israel for gain, these reprobate leaders shake their fist in open defiance against the Lord of the Universe. As the nations prepare to come together forming an economic alliance under this orchestrated and planned global economic collapse, a global dictator is also being prepared to come to power who will also openly challenge the authority of the Lord God.The rise of this Roman Prince known also as the Son of Perdition or Anti-Christ will come quickly, yet his rule will be challenged early by two messengers sent by God.

Though at present their remains much speculation of who these messengers will be, they will receive power and authority by the Holy Spirit as Prophets declaring the Word of God. While this seed of Satan seeks to bring the entire globe under his authority and blasphemes the name of the Most High a remnant in Israel will be prepared to carry the message of Yeshua. The Temple will be built and the Lord God will be worshipped standing as a testimony against the enemies of both Israel and God. These Two Witnesses will stand against this dark prince and his followers who will seek to destroy this remnant who bear witness to the authority of God and the testimony of his Son, Yeshua our redeemer and inheritance. This remnant also known as the 144,000 will be selected as ambassadors of the gospel from every tribe of Israel, 12,000 from each tribe. The Two Witnesses will provide security for them until the time of their sealing.

The world has laid the foundation for the arrival of these Two Witnesses who will use not only the truth of the gospel but signs and wonders to convince their brethren of the might and authority of the Lord God. The Anti-Christ and the world will hate these messengers who will bear witness of the truth to a people that have embraced delusion and lies. Though their time is but a short 3 and 1/2 years they will fulfill their mission as provided by the Holy Spirit and will be killed and their bodies left unburied. While the World celebrates the victory of the Anti-Christ over these two men who tormented them, the Spirit of God will again bring them upon their feet in the site of all men. As these two messengers ascend a great earthquake will take place killing seven thousand men and destroying a tenth of the city. Their great message will then be carried by 144,000 sealed jewish servants of the Most High God protected against the judgements being poured out upon an unrepentant population.

Laodicea:Last Days Church

The corporate church today exists as its former congregation under the direction of Laodicea. In the time of the Apostles, Laodicea located in the region of modern-day Turkey rested along the Meander River. The city was a wealthy trade center with heavy demand of a unique, rich, black wool and special eye ointment throughout the Roman empire. The Church of Laodicea surrounded by wealthy patrons injected a "prosperity gospel" which focused on wealth, spiritual pride and personal needs and desires. This congregation of believers embraced a hybrid worship of materialism believing their success was evidence they were pleasing God while remaining spiritually blinded to their true condition. Laodicea was but one of the Seven Churches listed in the Book of Revelation who received direct words from our Lord Jesus Christ as recorded by the Apostle and Prophet John. While some of these churches exhibited serious spiritual faults, the Lord commended something in every one with the exception of the church of Laodicea. The Lord Jesus declared "I know thy works, that thou neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. So then because thou art luke warm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spew thee out of my mouth. Because thou sayest, I am rich and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked..."Revelation 3:15-17. The condition of this church is reminiscent of this present age under the direction of paid clergy and staff.

The church today embraces and equates wealth as an example of spiritual maturity and holiness, the selfish desires of many rises well above the needs of others. The apostles provided examples of true Christian living even while under the threat of persecution, torture and death. In the first century church the believers were of one accord caring for the needs of each other with brotherly love, comforting one another, exhorting one another even to the point of selling their possessions to provide for the poor and the widows. This was our example yet as we can clearly see this has been abandoned in the pursuit of wealth and worldly recognition, where preaching is an occupation rather than the calling to serve. The Word of God is not preached in truth but fables have entered in, making merchandise of whole congregations and destroying the flock under the direction of false shepherds or hirelings. Dominion Theology is preached in many congregations whereby they earnestly believe that they have the authority to insert a social Christianity within government office to establish a kingdom for themselves without the King. Replacement Theology is preached from the pulpits of Satan which endorses that the Jew is forsaken by God and that Israel has no future redemption or restoration as clearly promised in scripture. Prosperity gospels prevail in many churches today calling upon congregants to enlarge the personal kingdoms of their perspective preacher's in exchange for promises of financial blessings. This is the reality we are faced with today, a spiritually dead fellowship coupled with the scripturally ignorant who refuse the truth and embrace the lie.

Road Map:Path to Peace/Path to Destruction? Part 2

The Lord God in his grace has given many warnings throughout the Bible regarding the plans of the nations to divide the Covenant Land of Israel and the consequences of such action. The establishment of the covenant is found in the book of Genesis where the Lord God declares, "And I will establish my covenant between me and thee and thy seed after thee in their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be a God unto thee, and in thy seed after thee"...Genesis 17:7. The Lord God also indicates he would bless those that blessed Abraham and curse those that cursed him, that through Abraham all the nations of the earth would be blessed. The blessing we have received is in many of our homes today, for the seed of Abraham of which I am physically a part, also produced the sacred and most holy script we now call the Bible. This task was given to the people of Israel and we have all been truly blessed.

The Shofar of warning has been blown in many generations through the lives and times of the Holy Prophets of Israel yet we will focus only on a few. The Prophet Zechariah who was of a priestly family ministering to the exiles from Babylonian captivity now ruled by King Darius of Persia. The Word of the Lord as declared by the Prophet Zechariah, "Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling unto all the people round about, when they shall be in the siege both against Judah and against Jerusalem. And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth be gathered against it"...Zechariah 12:2-3. The creator of the heavens and the earth is clearly warning any nation involved in dividing the Land of Israel and seeking its destruction either by diplomacy or war will be destroyed piece by piece.

One might wonder why would the Lord God be so angry with the nations and purpose to destroy them, the reason is given clearly by another great Prophet of Israel by the name of Joel. The word of the Lord God is as follows, "FOR, BEHOLD, in those days, and in that time, when I shall bring again the captivity of Judah and Jerusalem, I will also gather all nations, and will bring them down into the valley of Jehoshaphat, and will plead with them there for my people and for my heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations, and parted my land"...Joel 3:1-2. The Prophet Joel identifies that the Land of Israel belongs to God, it is he that holds the deed and the House of Israel is his heritage, these are heirs forged by the covenant made with Abraham and his seed forever. The Lord God will judge the nations in the Valley of Jehoshaphat also known as the Valley of Decision, this is the Battle of Armageddon.

The United States and many other nations across the globe have centered their political will on dividing the nation of Israel, their relentless campaign to defy the warning of God indicates they are led by hatred of the truth. If this were but a simple misunderstanding or error of diplomacy then why the response from the Lord God in such a tremendous judgement, obviously this is a Satanically inspired plan. The nations of the world in a sense are calling God a liar, seeking to defy the promises given to Abraham and his seed, that being the present day Jew. The campaign of Hitler and many others was and is designed to prevent the coming again of the Lord Yeshua to dwell among his people and rule upon the Throne of David. The Bible indicates that at the time of the nations gathering for war in the Valley of Decision they turn their weapons and attention against the Lamb of God our Lord and Messiah Yeshua. The foolishness of these nations being so filled with hate even to raise a banner of war against him that formed them in their mothers womb.

The Word of God records these things to warn the nations and for us to lift up our voices as we see these events draw near that many would come to repentance seeing that all these things will be fulfilled as written. We can clearly see with every U.S. administration comes more pressure upon Israel to relinquish the Land of Promise in exchange for a false peace. The leadership of Israel has also aided in this plan as Esau was willing to sell his birthright in exchange for filling his belly. The Satanic delusion is evident in political office, churches, and media conglomerates. The Churches which preach replacement theology believe that Israel is forsaken and that the Church assumes her role having rejected Yeshua as Messiah. The fables are many yet as written the Lord will reveal himself to the House of Israel as recorded in Zechariah 12:10. Israel will find redemption and restoration to become what it was created for, a nation of priests unto a Holy God revealing the marvelous plan of the ages. The Lord God is not to be mocked he will surely judge the nations, knowing this we must work diligently to share the gospel to those in darkness for our time is short and the labourers are few.
